Sing For Smiles Vocal School

All vocal lessons provided by Sing for Smiles Vocal School (in person and online) are subject to the terms and conditions below:

 

1. FEES

Lesson fees must be paid for in advance a few days before the lesson. 

Block bookings are to be paid for in full before the block begins. All block bookings must be used within 12 weeks.  No refunds will be given for block bookings that are not completed in the allotted time.

No refunds will be given for paid lessons or blocks.

Fees are subject to review and may be increased from time to time.

 

2.  MISSED LESSONS AND LESSON CANCELLATIONS

 

Lessons are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy.  Any lessons that are cancelled or rearranged with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full lesson fee.

This includes any cancellation related to illness, unforeseen circumstances or COVID 19 including isolating, we do offer lessons online which may be a better option in this circumstance.

If the teacher is unavailable to give any scheduled lesson, the lesson will be carried forward to another date. 

 

3.  LATE ARRIVAL

Students should aim to arrive / be online a few minutes before the start of their lesson.  Any student who arrives late can only expect to be given the remainder of their lesson and not the full lesson time.  (Please let us know, if able, when you will arrive.)

 

4.  GIFT VOUCHERS

All gift vouchers must be redeemed and lessons completed within 6 months of the date of purchase.

 

5.  GENERAL

In the interests of the Student’s well being whilst in the care of SFSVS, please inform us of any medical condition or other condition affecting the student.

 

It is important to note that whilst we will use our best endeavour to ensure the pupil makes satisfactory progress, this cannot be guaranteed.  Careful regular practice as advised by the teacher is a pre-requisite of success.
