Cancellation Policy

Once a lesson is arranged it cannot be cancelled. Any student who misses or wishes to cancel their lesson for any reason including illness or unforeseen circumstances will be liable to pay for this lesson. Sing For Smiles will always attempt to re arrange this lesson to an available time within the same week however this is based on availability and is not guaranteed. If the teacher is unavailable to give any scheduled lesson, the lesson will be carried forward to another date.
